Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
The product must be in the same condition that it was received
A valid reason for the return must be provided
Clear evidence (such as photos or video) may be required to support the request
Returns requested after the 3-day window or for used/damaged items may not be accepted.

Order details (including product and delivery information)
Reason for the return
Any supporting images or videos (if applicable)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will schedule a pickup or advise on the next steps for the return.
Refund Process
Approved returns are eligible for a cash refund only. Refunds are processed in one of the following ways:
Immediate cash refund upon collection of the returned item
Scheduled handover of the refund amount by our delivery team
We do not offer bank transfers, digital payments, or credits for returns. Refunds will match the original amount paid and no additional charges will be imposed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following types of items may not be eligible for return:
Products that have been used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery
Items not returned in their original packaging
Custom orders or made-to-order items (unless defective)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable. Photographic evidence may be required for verification.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please follow the return process and place a new order separately.
