Placing Orders
To place an order with Ian Oven, customers must provide accurate and complete details including:

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order with incomplete or incorrect information.

Payment Method
All transactions are processed through Cash on Delivery (COD) only. No digital or card payments are accepted. Customers must pay the exact amount in cash at the time of delivery. Failure to provide payment will result in the order being canceled.

Shipping and Delivery
We provide worldwide delivery. Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on location and local courier services.

Customers must be present at the delivery location and have the full payment ready in cash. Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability or failure to pay may result in cancellation or redelivery fees.

Returns and Refunds
Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving their order. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Valid proof (such as photos or videos) may be required to process a return.

Once a return is approved, we will arrange a pickup. Refunds will be issued in cash only, at the time of product collection or through a coordinated cash handover. Refunds are not provided for items returned outside the 3-day window or those found to be used or damaged.
